YSL Residences is a new condo development by Cresford Development Corporation and is currently in pre- construction. YSL Residences will be located at 385 Yonge St in Downtown Toronto.
YSL Residences will be a two tower plan of 64 & 73 storeys with a combined total of 1106 residential condo units sitting on an the tenth and eleventh podium with a combined bridge on amenities at the 51st and 52nd floors, and 26 two storeys townhomes on the 10th and 11th floor. The estimated completion date for 385 Yonge St Condos is still unknown.
