One on One Care

One On One Care is licensed through the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) and certified by the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS). You can rest assured knowing that we operate under the strict guidelines and regulations of VDH and DMAS. This means that you and/or your loved one will receive the quality of service which you deserve.
We have been providing nurses aides and home health aides for in-home care in Central and Northern Virginia since 1998. Whether it’s for extra assistance after a stay in a hospital, an aging parent who needs extra help, companionship to remain in the home, or as respite for a family member caring for a loved one, One On One Care can help.

We are proud of our strong working relationships with select hospitals, long term care programs, hospices, and home healthcare agencies. We are a participating Medicaid provider. One On One Care is a preferred provider for most insurance plans and our staff are available 24/7 to handle any needs that may arise.
