Interact with clients to define tasks to be performed. Recruit and appoint project teams, leaders and supervise contractors. Provide consultation to clients and negotiate changes in the contract as necessary. Ensure that work is completed to specification in a timely manner and within the client's budget. Performs a variety of senior level engineering tasks related to management of system design, risk redution, implementation and integration. Resolve problems to ensure infrastructure and application stability.
