We aim to provide healthy life skills and tools to overcome life challenges in a gentle, supportive environment.
Reiki: Reiki is pronounced as “Ray-Key” and is a Japanese word meaning “spiritually guided life energy” referring to the God Consciousness. It is a well known Japanese system of hands on therapy which is also a spiritual method for growth and transformation. Reiki involves both the beauty of touch and the benefit of receiving the love, peace and harmony that Reiki energy conveys. Reiki Sessions: NVRC provides a nurturing and relaxing space for your Reiki Session allowing you to de-stress from the events of the day. You will depart feeling lighter, more gently connected to yourself and ready to move forward in your life. Reiki is useful for headaches, body aches and pains, improved immunity, anxiety, general well-being and much more. Reiki Education: We offer educational opportunities and full mentorship in all levels of your Reiki education from Beginners to Master-teacher level. There are regular practice evenings for all students and master-classes for senior students. Our support staff are available to assist you whenever you need."
