Private pilates lessons are $35 per hour or bring a friend and reduce the cost.
Come and try a class at our peaceful and private studio.Classes are designed for all levels of fitness and age groups. We open between 9.00 am and 2.00pm weekdays.
I teach a style of Pilates which I have developed during my 27 years teaching and performing ballet.
The classes are a combination of Pilates, yoga and stretch exercises. Most of my clients are adults looking to build core strength, increase flexibility, lose weight and reduce stress.
So if you live in Roseville, Gordon, Pymble, Turramurra, St Ives, Warrawee or Wahroonga then we are only 10 mins away so please feel welcome to come and try a class.
Many of our clients are couples who learn together and enjoy the hour together.
