At Kayo Boxing, we teach our students the fundamentals of boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. Everyone gets a full, fighter workout experience and beginners are always welcome. We have classes for men, women, and children. Whatever your fitness or experience level, we have a class suited for you. We offer boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, boot camp, group classes, and private training.

Don’t want to spar or get hit? It’s always optional! You can train with our jump ropes, heavy bags, speed bags, and focus pads to tune-up your hand-speed and conditioning. Our facility and trainers are USA Boxing certified. Train with the best trainers and trainees at Kayo Boxing.
