AIR DUCT CLEANING

We use a dual process cleaning method. Point of Contact and Negative Air,to insure the removal of all debris from the vents.
A vacuum hose is sent from the opening of the vent to the trunk line/furnace snaking through the system removing any loose dirt, dust, or debris. This is followed by a high pressure air whip sweeping the sides the side walls free of any remaining dust, which is then removed with the vacuum that is still in the trunk line/furnace. The same process is used to clean the cold air returns.

FURNACE CLEANING

The entire furnace is cleaned from the blower motor to the exhaust flue, Increasing energy effeminacy.

AIR CONDITIONER COIL CLEANING

A complete air conditioner coil cleaning will prevent condensation build up within the duct system. Preventing the coils from freezing up, which restricts or can stop airflow.

SANITIZING

We use an air-bound enzyme that is fogged through the system from each of the cold returns, eliminating odors, germs, bacteria, mold, mildew and other micro organisms.

DRYER VENT CLEANING

Our specially designed equipment successfully cleans even the most difficult of dryer vents. Removal of lint build-up within the dryer venting system promotes fire safety and lowers drying time.
