The Theriault Team is educated and experienced in most every aspect of the real estate industry. In our 11 years of dedication to the market we have successfully negotiated and closed transactions for the areas of residential, investor, commercial and vacant land contracts. We are currently and consistently nationally ranked in the top 5% of Realtors® by the National Association of Realtors®.
We have the capacity to service the Tampa Bay area to include Hernando, Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Manatee, and Sarasota counties.

Continuing education is ongoing for our team as the real estate market experiences constant change. In the early 2000’s we were able to advise clients through the Great Bubble, the Burst and now the recovery periods. We were certified in short sales, foreclosures and bank-owned transactions when other realtors declined to venture into those tough but desperately needed fields. We work closely with loan officers and title companies in learning and understanding the many nuances of their industries and how we can combine our expertise in making providing clients with the best and stress-free experience ever.
