The Red Porch Project seeks otherwise abandoned properties for repairs and remodeling to inhabitable conditions for the purpose of leasing them to extremely low-income individuals and famlies deemed to be homeless. However homelessnes begins the fact still remains that our homeless population needs housing that is extreamely affordable and supportative. We as contractors propose to help with the nations homeless problem by finding such properties and restoring them to acceptable living conditions until the issue becomes a thing of the past.
