I came in here to get a copy of my new apartment key. They were friendly and showed me various design options for my new key. I picked a pink Hello Kitty key and I love it. Their prices are reasonable as well. I have recommended this locksmith to all my friends. They also do house calls at any time of the night; good to know in an emergency! :)

I needed to get a lock re-keyed and after looking on internet I found Dean. We made an arrangement to meet and at first he thought that he wouldn't be able to change the lock. He was just about to give up and gave it one more try and he was able to fix it! He was great! Had a good conversation with him as he was working and I plan to use him in the future.

I had locked my laptop in my office (for which I didn't have a key). They were at my house in 45 mins and Sean was just awesome. He got the door unlocked in under 10 minutes and got me 2 extra keys for the door so the next time this happens I won't be locked out.

Love this place! Excellent service, very fast, inexpensive! I had a key I needed copied and every big-box store I went to said they couldn't do it. To avoid paying for a special key from our property management company ($25+ each!!), I figured I'd try this place out on my way home from work. 3 keys + 1 mailbox key for $16! Fast service with a smile... doesn't get much better.

My car got broken into and something was stuck in my key ignition and I couldn't start my car. My brother in law recommended David. He had used his service before and was never disappointed. I was very pleased. He was quick and made it look so easy and my car started in no time. Great and friendly service. The key to my front gate bent from the summer heat & my landlord was going to charge me $$$ to replace it. Fidelity Locksmith Services did a great job with a tough assignment. I had an old door with odd shaped holes that no lock would fit in. David came to my house within an hour of me calling and managed to make the lock work without having to cut a new hole in the door. Great service and attitude. Highly recommend!

Wow! We were locked out of our home at 11:30 pm on a Friday, and they were at our house in a matter of 20 minutes. We had a problematic lock, and after 30 minutes, he finally got the most impossible lock opened. The door broke a little bit, and he returned the next day to repair the door. Can't say thank you enough for this company. Knowledgeable staff helped me out when I was at my wits end trying to figure out where to go, and what to do with making a copy of mailbox keys (the wall mounted mailboxes that you get at Home Depot). They guided me on where to go and what to do. I then returns to them and they cut the blanks perfectly. Thanks again!
