"From my early beginnings growing up in Durham, North Carolina, I have always been passionate about fashion. As a child, I loved carrying my mother’s “pocket purses” and wearing my favorite pink dress as much as my parents would let me.

Starting in high school and throughout college, I had the privilege to work in small boutiques and department stores. Working in fashion during these years, my favorite experiences were helping customers find an outfit that made them feel fabulous. Upon graduating from Duke University, I pursued corporate banking and then became a mother of two amazing children.

Opening Boutique MariMac in January 2013 has been a fulfillment of a lifelong dream to own a boutique where mothers and teenage daughters can come and find the perfect looks. From trendy pieces to classic looks, we carry a variety of price points and brands that have been carefully and lovingly picked. Fashion is ever evolving.
