As an expert in preventive care, innovative treatment solutions, and laparoscopic surgery, board-certified OB/GYN Gul A. Zikria, MD, FACOG, is a trusted practitioner who’s been in private practice since 1985. He welcomes new and existing patients to his practice in Milpitas, California.
Dr. Zikria earned his doctor of medicine from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in Newark. He went on to complete a competitive surgical residency program at Georgetown University in Washington. Dr. Zikria then went through a comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology residency program through the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center at the Magee-Women’s Hospital.
To ensure he’s always offering the latest solutions for total body care, Dr. Zikria received additional training in cosmetic surgery through the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the American Academy of Cosmetic Gynecologists. He’s currently board-certified through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Zikria is affiliated with two of San Jose’s state-of-the-art hospitals, Regional Medical Center and the O’Connor Hospital. Being fluent in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, French, Persian, and Turki gives Dr. Zikria the opportunity to communicate with patients who may otherwise struggle with language barriers.
