Welcome to L and M Notary Mobile Services. L and M Notary is the solution for all Northern Virginia notary services. The company provides clients with a notary who will travel to their home and business locations to expedite their documents in a timely manner. As a mobile notary service provider, L and M goal is to meet our client's needs.

L and M Services include notarization of the following official documents:
-Taking acknowledgments
-Administering oaths
-Certifying affidavits
-Certifying depositions
-Certifying "true copies" of documents
-Notarizing real estate and loan documents i.e., refinance, reverse mortgage and purchases
-Certifying trusts and wills
-Certifying gun permits
-Certifying power of attorney

L and M services include a pool of bilingual agents specializing in English, Spanish and Farsi to meet the community's notarial needs. L and M have trained agents who will be able to implement
e-notarization in line with the new Virginia requirement, effective July 2012.

Identification Required for Notary Services:

Valid and current photo ID such as a drivers license, US Military identification card and/or passport.
Non-US passports must have been stamped by the INS.
