Welch Family Medicine

Welch Family Medicine is a small group of full spectrum Family Medicine Physicians. We provide diverse services to our patients in three locations: Bonifay, FL, Vernon, FL, and Panama City Beach, FL. The newest location is the Panama City Beach office, and it is staffed daily by Dr. Welch and Jimmy Carrillo, PA-C. Dr. Welch also works in Vernon when it is open and is in Bonifay on Fridays. Dr. Kyle Contini and Dr. Rebekah Contini work in the Bonifay location, our largest clinic, Monday through Thursday. We do all manner of wellness care, skin procedures, acute care, chronic disease management, pediatric care, women's health, chronic pain management (in conjunction with specialists when appropriate). Dr. Welch also is a provider for suboxone in the PCB and Vernon offices. All three locations are capable of doing DOT physicals without any runaround. We take walk-ins and appointments, and will squeeze you in. If you need us, we are here! We take cash at all locations, checks from established patients, and we accept credit cards at the Bonifay location. We take many insurances, which varies slightly by location and provider, call for more information.
