Roseann Horan , M.D., and Marie Veldman, D.O., have relocated their medical practice —now known as Women’s Primary Health Partners, to the Silver Cross Health Center in Homer Glen. Women’s Primary Health Partners accept most insurance plans and offer evening and Saturday appointments. The practice is solely dedicated to managing the comprehensive healthcare needs of women through all stages of life beginning at age 16.


Roseann Horan , M.D. is board certified in Family Practice. She received her Medical Degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed her internship and residency at MacNeal Hospital. At MacNeal, she was Chief Resident and an instructor for third and fourth year medical students.

Dr. Horan helps patients stay healthy by listening to their concerns, keeping them informed about preventative measures, and discussing best treatment options. Dr. Horan has a particular interest in holistic medicine, menopause, thyroid disease, contraception, and STD education and prevention for young women. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Horan is on the medical staff at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox – a 100 Top Hospital for seven consecutive years.

Marie Veldman, D.O. is board certified in Family Practice. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Loyola University and her Medical Degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Veldman completed her residency at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center. She previously served as the Medical Director at Advocate Christ Women’s Center.

Dr. Veldman believes in working together with her patients in making important decisions about their health. Dr. Veldman has a particular interest in gynecology, breast health and menopause. She has special training in endometrial biopsy, colposcopy, loop electrosurgical excision procedures (LEEP), minor surgeries and joint injections. With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Veldman is now on staff at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox – a recipient of the Leapfrog Group’s “A” Hospital Safety Score, and affiliated with the Silver Cross Center for Women’s Health.
