VO Partners Academy is an NYC Authorized TLC Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle Securement Training Facility. VO Partners Academy's three hour course is mandatory for all New York City Taxi Drivers operating wheelchair accessible taxi cabs. It is offered three times daily, 7 days a week for a fee of $75. All students completing the course will receive a certificate of completion, which will be forwarded to the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission as required.

All of VO Partners Academy courses are by appointments only, you can pay online with credit card, please print booking confirmation and bring it along if you are paying cash, money orders or bank check.
