We represent individuals in immigration court facing removal from the United States based on visa violations, criminal convictions, smuggling, illegal entry into the United States, visa or passport fraud, illness, prostitution, false claim to citizenship, and other bases for removal. And we represent individuals who are in immigration custody, and we help them try to obtain release from custody.

We also represent individuals applying for residency through marriage (we prepare all of the applications and paperwork, prepare families for their interview, and provide representation during the interview), and we do the same for citizenship applicants. We also represent individuals seeking to bring (petition) to the United States family members who are overseas. Also, we provide services to organizations sponsoring religious workers, individuals seeking student visas and tourist visas, among others.

And we file appeals and motions to reopen or reconsider decisions made by immigration judges or the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service, including denials of family petitions, residency, citizenship, waivers of inadmissibility, cancellation of removal, asylum, NACARA, and HRIFA, among others.
