Healthful Awareness - Kinesiology & Meditation

My mission is to build health and awareness through kinesiology and other modalities (NLP, Time Line Therapy, Mindfulness) for the benefit of clients and the community. I do this through providing professional, tailored service to clients, recognising their individual needs and aspirations, and helping them determine the steps they need to take to raise their own awareness and enable their body’s innate healing capability to restore them back to health, or manage their problems in the best way possible.
