CBD Building is a Sydney Northern Beaches based building company that specialises in architecturally designed homes aimed at achieving a unique and contemporary product. We collaborate with expert architects, designers and specialist engineers to create truly inspiring homes. Our team prides itself on customer relationships that we develop during the course of construction and long after the completed project. CBD is a family owned business, the director and master builder Chris Ball started his construction journey by building their family home with his father whom along with his brother Matt work for the company. After completing Cert 3 in Carpentry at Tafe NSW, Chris went on to achieve Cert 4 in Building, Diploma Building and Advanced Diploma Building through the Master Builders Association. With Builders license in hand Chris went on to form CBD ( Chris Ball Designs ) Building Pty Ltd. Through many varied building projects CBD has grown into the business it is today.
