Founded by Jos-Madelaine Standing, multiple time author, coach and speaker on overcoming the life-limiting effects of trauma. Our company focuses on building community with kindred spirits. Our mission is to empower people from youth to the elderly through life's challenges with our live classes and workshops and online interactive programs.
