Right at Home Canada - Georgian Triangle provides Home Care, Private Nurse, In-Home Nursing, PSW, Dementia Care, post-surgical care, companion services, Alzheimer's and Dementia care for our clients in Collingwood, Barrie, Owen Sound, Bracebridge, Gravenhurst and the Georgian Triangle. We provide virtual and physical home health care, both medical and non-medical for seniors and disabled adults in their home, wherever home is for them. We offer a wide variety of services including: in-home nursing care, attendant care, palliative care, diabetes care, Personal Care and Hygiene, Companionship, Homemaking and Errands and a variety of additional services for for persons with injuries, disabilities or chronic illnesses. We provide online and paper records of daily activities, general care provided and concerns. Each caregiver is thoroughly screened, trained and insured prior to entering a client’s home.
