Wally Skalij and Christina House-Skalij are a husband and wife team with a combined 35 years of photojournalism experience. Their award winning work has appeared in several publications including the Los Angeles Times and Orange County Register. They have photographed numerous celebrities including Bruce Springsteen, Russell Crowe, Justin Timberlake, Jennifer Lopez, and Big Sean to name a few, and covered a variety of assignments including professional sporting events in Los Angeles, six Olympic games, Academy Awards, Fashion Week in Paris and war in Iraq, Afghanistan, Lebanon, and Kosovo. Both raised in Southern California, the Skalijs call Belmont Shore in Long Beach the home of their photography studio where they specialize in weddings, portraiture, events, and commercial shoots.
