With buyer inspections we do inspections of all building components. The inspection that is done is a visual, practical, non-destructive functional inspection to determine whether the item is in need of repair or is performing the function for which intended. The inspector utilizes his senses and simplified tests to assist him in making his determination.

With new construction we do phase inspections of prepour foundation and site inspections, structural framing, mechanical rough-in and a final completion inspection.

We can provide a foundation elevation survey to document the difference in the level of the foundation system, using an electronic water level. This is a reproduceable survey to be able to see if the foundation has moved over time. This is highly recommended in high clay soils found in eastern Williamson County, Travis County, Bell County, Miliam County and Bastrop County.
