I am licensed Psychologist with over 20 years of experience. I have worked as a psychologist in Europe, Asia and I work with adults, couples and families; older adults, and children and their parents. Therapy can help you gain balance when you are feeling stressed, stuck, or overwhelmed by challenges . Whether you are having trouble in your relationships, difficulties with your child or family, or are overwhelmed by the demands of your career or studies- therapy can help you get unstuck, balanced, and find alternatives. I work with Adults experiencing a range of difficulties such as marital and relationship struggles, divorce, anxiety, depression, stress, burn-out, health concerns, grief and loss, and adapting to life changes. I hope to provide you with a place where you can openly discuss your struggles and we can work collaboratively through this difficult time in your life. Through my life experiences in various countries, I have developed a rich appreciation of diverse cultures and lifestyles. I use a developmental lens, and incorporate attachment-based approaches. I am trained in psychodynamic theory, but I also draw from other approaches and am well versed in Attachment theory, Object Relations theory, Family Systems Theory, and Cognitive Behavioral approaches. My goal is to serve each person using techniques that will best meet your needs. I am able to provide therapy in English, Dutch, German, and Castilian Spanish.
