Here at The Law Office of Marilyn E. Minger, My firm consists of one person — me. When I represent a client, I handle every part of the case from start to finish. At some firms, you pay to work with an attorney throughout the process, but your paperwork is completed by an assistant, or you meet with a paralegal to discuss your situation, and you never actually talk to the attorney who is “working” on your case.

That is NEVER the experience you will have at my firm. I am the one who gathers information from you, prepares necessary paperwork and attends hearings with you — including the bankruptcy meeting of creditors. If your matter involves probate, I will be the one who learns about your family dynamics, helps you identify heirs and beneficiaries and oversee the distribution process.
