Our fully furnished kitchens have pots, pans, flatware, cookware, and cooking utensils, No smoking and No pets allowed. Spacious, clean, quiet, with VERY low rates! Pay less with advanced, timely, CASH payments!!! Only a 5% fee with card use. Not a 24/7 office; Call for a reservation and appointment to show and to reserve prior to your arrival. We only have 10 suites. We do have a security/cleaning deposit of $50.00 and a key deposit of $25.00 which are refundable under approved conditions and the return of all keys issued.
