NERC'S Tutorial Program provides to a struggling student a well defined program with a well defined path to acquire the tools necessary to become successful in the classroom. When a student enters the Tutorial Program an assessment is given. This assessment will determine the current level of the student and will also help in formulating a personalized program for this student. This specialized program is structured as a bottom up system where the student learns whike also reinforcing positive motivation and self-esteem behaviours.
