TENNIS 101

TENNIS 101, with locations in Lake Forest, Aliso Viejo, and Newport Beach, serves all the communities of south Orange County, offering superior quality private and group tennis instruction for all ages and levels.

Specializing in instruction for beginning adults and children, our program provides a systematic, step-by-step introduction to the fundamentals of the sport, which focuses on developing and maintaining excellent form and technique for the groundstrokes, serve, and volley, in order to develop superior consistency and confidence.

For intermediate and advanced level players, we focus on the progressive development of the groundstrokes, the volley, and the serve, hitting each with increased power, spin, control, and consistency. Through the use of game situational drills the student learns to master more complex shot selection and strategic play in a simulated competitive environment. Singles, doubles and tournament match play is included.
