Restoring Light Yoga Therapy & Wellness Center

At our yoga studio, we provide a variety of classes. From the rope wall to yoga therapy, we embrace connecting with our mind, body, and soul. Instructor/owner Dodi, has traveled around the world to learn the ins and outs of the practice, and shares that knowledge with her students. Specialized classes are offered to meet the needs of all individuals. These classes include: yoga for seniors, prenatal yoga, yoga for kids, yoga for weight-loss and detox, and yoga for chronic pain. We also provide corporate yoga which helps employees decompress and refocus their minds.
