I found Ms. Grimalia to be very professional and experienced in helping us with a very complicated note collection situation. Her patient hanging in there and dealing with unnecessary delays caused by the other side, led to a final acceptable resolution. . She was always available to address our concerns We appreciated her listening to our personal insights and following our instructions, despite sometimes she pointed out to us the inadvisability of accepting certain provisions. Her combining her legal experience with our knowledge of the personal unique obstacles on the defendant side, led to an amicable solution and settlement rather than dragging this out in a more costly court battle. Because of Ms Grimalia's tenacity and professionalism and extensive knowledge of collections and business law, we did, however, have confidence if this went to trial, we would have a favorable result but chose to have a favorable settlement at this time.

Ms. Grimaila was professional, genuine and timely in assisting us with with a landlord/tenant issue. She was able to help us settle the case, and provided great legal advice.
