After years of working in and out of law enforcement and the court system, Kelly Circle, the owner of Teton Bail Bonds saw a need for a fair, honest, and truthful bail bond agency in the Laramie County, Wyoming area. In 2005, he formed Teton Bail Bonds and started serving the community where he lived. Over the years, the bail business has expanded to cover Western Wyoming, but the core principles have remained the same.
