A-Affordable was founded in 2000 out of a philosophy that the process of bail bonds can be done better. A recognition that most people that need a bail bond are new or relatively new customers. They are not well versed in the criminal process, court language, or overall understanding of what they can expect during this often scary and unfamiliar ordeal. People new to the bail process have the impression left on them by movies and media that needing the services of a bail bondsman meant going to the wrong side of the tracks, unprofessionalism and seediness. They likened it to going to a used car dealership..... an overall feeling that in the end some fast talking salesman was going to take advantage of them if one was not overly careful! A-Affordable decided the best way to break this barrier was to make the process simple and understandable.
