The two well-known regional tyre and exhaust companies have secured a ten-year lease on unit seven of the Pelham Centre for their new outlet, with the help of Lincoln based chartered surveyors Hodgson Elkington LLP.
The Pelham Centre has more than 160 parking spaces so there will always be space for you to stop by the depot.
