Julie Bos created AR Health Consulting with the desire to help providers of Health Care obtain full reimbursement for services rendered. While working as an Office Manager for a large medical billing service in Denver, Julie found that the smaller practices were often overlooked in lieu of the ‘easy’ money that large practices bring. Lack of personnel, mismanaged accounts and not following through with low payments and denials frustrated her to the point of starting her own business to help the smaller provider in billing and reimbursement.

Since 2012, Julie has worked ‘triage’ for several practices in the Denver Metro area by performing Accounts Receivable audits, figuring out where the problem(s) is (are), working to fix the problem(s), bringing in lost revenue and training staff to avoid future mistakes.

Through her ‘triage’ work, Julie has acquired clients for full cycle medical billing. Because of her desire to maintain excellent work, Julie is very selective in agreeing to take on full cycle medical billing clients. Julie works with one to two hand-picked associates who have excellent work ethics, and are able to maintain the high-level claims management that she requires for her clients.
