Columbine Caregivers Elder Services in Western Colorado Include:

PERSONAL HOME CARE:

We can provided for personal grooming, bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, meal preparation and other home care needs as defined by a client.

MEDICAL HOME HEALTH CARE

We are licensed by the State of Colorado to provide both personal care and medical care (some time referred to as skilled care).

SHORT & LONG TERM ELDER CARE:

We can provide respite short-term home care for a family or indefinite home care as needed. We tailor home care services to the needs of a client.

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT:

We can assist with a client's medication by monitoring to assure that medications are used as prescribed by physicians.

ERRANDS & TRANSPORTATION:

We can assist in a variety of ways such as mailing packages, shopping for groceries, or providing transportation to doctor's appointments, beauty salons or out for lunch.

GERIATRIC SOCIAL WORKER:

Our Social Worker is available to provide a Psychosocial Assessment of any client who feels they may benefit from an assessment.
