Clark's Custom Meat Company

We provide custom processing for beef, hog, lamb, deer, and other wild game.
We have a retail market featuring choice Black Angus beef, quality pork, and free range
chickens. Almost all of the products in our store are cut right here in house.
There is always something delicious smoking in our smokehouse including 8 varieties of
summer sausage, including our number one bestselling signature with jalapeno and cheese. We
also have jerky, snack sticks, smoked pork chops, several types of bacon, 17 flavors of
Bratwurst, artisan cheeses, and much more. During the holidays the cases are filled with
smoked turkeys, hams and prime rib.
Our market features many other local Missouri businesses including Missouri wines, pepper
jellies, American Royal winning BBQ sauces and seasonings, and candles. There are lots of fun
gift ideas and unique items.
We also carry all types of seasoning, cures, and casings for the home sausage maker.
