Keating and Lynden, LLC was founded in May 2009 when Robert Keating formed Robert Keating Law, P.C. in Boulder, Colorado. A couple years later in June 2013, Thomas Lynden joined the practice as a partner and Keating & Lynden, LLC was formed.
Keating’s transactional practice as a business attorney focuses primarily on business law where he provides advice to businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals in the fields of corporate and partnership law. In addition, he assists with mergers and acquisitions, private securities, providing real estate legal advice, tax, and commercial contracts.
Lynden’s practice is focused on providing legal services –primarily on criminal defense and as a civil litigation attorney. In addition, he advises with respect to delinquent state and local debts, federal (IRS) debts, and business debts as a part of the debt settlement attorney-related services.
