Dr. Theodore T. Foley is the Founder, Owner, and Medical Director of Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery of Central Pennsylvania. As a board-certified Plastic Surgeon in Camp Hill, PA, Dr. Foley performs both reconstructive and plastic surgery procedures, such as, breast reconstruction, breast reduction, tummy tuck, and fat reduction. With Dr. Foley’s precise set of skills and training, he utilizes the most innovative techniques to provide patients with the best results possible. Dr. Foley started his education by graduating magna cum laude from Villanova University in Pennsylvania with an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering. He continued his education at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science/The Chicago Medical School in Illinois where he earned his Medical Doctorate (MD). Dr. Foley is proud to be a practicing doctor who is board certified in Plastic Surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
