SPMZ Manufacturing, based in Europe and Asia, designs, engineers, manufactures and markets racing, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and Side by Sides under the Spanner Monkeyz brand name SPMZ, as well as related parts and upgrade accessories. The Company markets its products through a network of independent dealers located throughout the contiguous Europe, and through distributors representing dealers in Asia, Africa, in the Middle East and other international markets. The SPMZ brand name is among the most widely recognized and respected names in Racing, ATV and Side by Side industry.
