Yacoubi Consulting Associates Limited was founded by Salahdin Yacoubi on the idea of supporting toll roads sponsors and operators over the entire projects' lifecycle. Ever since YCA was established, we have endeavored to help clients with preparing response to RFIs and RFPs for new toll roads, structuring, planning and implementing new project s companies, and enhancing performance and profitability of existing project s companies operations. Our team is made up entirely of a network of cherry-picked subject matter experts who gained solid hands-on experience and wide range of skillset primarily holding responsibility positions in major toll road projects, globally, on sponsors , operators and/or suppliers sides. That is why we are especially positioned to transfer our experience and expertise to all those embarking on the same journey, from winning DBFOM / DBOM contracts to operating new toll roads, and those who are facing some of the operational challenges we faced and have learned how to overcome. YCA subject matter experts are based in Europe, USA, Latin America, Asia and Australia, able to engage globally, and skilled in working in English, Spanish,French and Portuguese speaking environments.
