Scale was formerly known as Bay Auto Insurance Services. Bay Auto Insurance was originally founded in 1986 and based in Mill Valley, CA. In 2010, Daniel Camp took over the company and has since dedicated much of his attention to finding coverage and technology solutions to meet the varying needs of insurance customers. Scale is currently headquartered near Lake Merritt in Oakland, CA. We offer a wide range of insurance products including personal and commercial auto policies, homeowners, renters, condo, classic auto, general liability, professional liability, commercial property, event liability, and other specialty coverages.
