I absolutely love Burn Kickboxing. Every time I walk out of a kick a$$ workout I feel like a new and improved person. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and extremely helpful. Burn Kickboxing has been a great way to kick-start my workout regime. The instructors have all been very friendly and they are super knowledgeable. Each class is about 50 minutes, and each one is different! Lots of people stay for 2 or even 3 classes in a row because they get such a good workout.

I absolutely love Burn Kickboxing. This is a perfect fast paced, fun and intense workout for me and I know I will see and feel incredible results! I felt the burn in every muscle in my body! It was such a great feeling! I walked into my first class slightly nervous and left feeling like I met new family members. The instructors are so helpful with making sure you are using the proper techniques. They sat with me after to talk about my personal fitness goals and called the next day to see how I was feeling. This is far more than just a gym. I know I will see results, both physically and mentally. I'm looking forward to the journey and the burn!

Burn is OUTSTANDING! I actually WANT to go to the classes and I am seeing results! I think this is due to the motivational staff. Everyone is awesome and unique so each class is different. It NEVER gets boring and you can push yourself as hard as you want to tweak the work out so it is just right for you, and always challenging. This place rocks!

I am new to the program, but I already know that I am hooked! Its such a great workout! Intense, motivating, and so much fun!! Being in that environment makes you want to continue to push and not quit. I am excited to continue and see my progress and body transformation. I highly recommend the program! Who knew it was so much fun to punch and kick something? Burn Kickboxing gets me out of my comfort zone and pushes me every single moment! This is my first "out of the house" work out, and I've never been more excited to go and exercise before, especially at 6 am! The instructors are all wonderful and have so much energy, enthusiasm, and motivation to keep you going. Burnkickboxing in Liverpool is a great facility. The place is clean, there is a plenty of parking lot in back. Their workouts are killer and worth every 55 minutes. The schedule provides a lot of classes everyday. I love it there. The staff is very friendly and motivating. Great workout!!!

Burn Kickboxing offers such a high-paced, intense workout! Prior to joining Burn KB, I couldn't find motivation to go to the gym every time. I needed something different that would still burn fat while toning my muscles. Burn KB does exactly that and more! If you are looking for something different from your normal gym workout, this is the place to go! Great energy, great workouts, and lots of calorie burning! The staff is very supportive and always pushes you to the next level. The music is great too...which can make a huge difference when you feel like you are about to give up or slack on those extra squats...lol! I recommend anyone give this a try. You don't have to be a super athlete or extremely fit to survive the routines. Just do your best and you will definitely have fun!

I have tried a lot of workouts over the years. The 21 Day Fix, numerous gym memberships, Boot Camps and even other Kickboxing studios. None of them compare to the workout I get at Burn. The energy is crazy, workouts are high intensity and the instructors are like family. This place is nothing short of amazing!! I highly recommend it to anyone.
