Crandall's Carryout & Catering, for 20 years, has served food that has been constructed around the idea of homemade and gourmet American menu. Although our menu has brought US much success, we wanted to start a new chapter for our business by introducing a new culinary concept. Being native Peruvians and knowing what Peruvian gastronomy has to offer, my wife and I decided to go back to our roots and serve Peruvian cuisine, of which we know consists of exquisite taste, variety and ability to incorporate Influences from different time periods and cultures. Peruvian cuisine is near and dear to our hearts and we hope to share it with those seeking new, vibrant flavors.
