Lateral Investment Management provides non-dilutive credit financing to owner-operated and family-owned businesses which are navigating through discontinuous growth events. We provide non-sponsored, independent companies which generate $5 million to $100 million in revenues with an alternative to the dilution of private equity or the formulaic restrictions of bank debt. We work in partnership with management to help companies scale their existing and proven models and to offer the appropriate financing for a specific company’s needs, rather than applying a global template for ownership or minimum investment size.
