Founded in 1974 by Frank "Chuck" Vicendese and personally managed by his four sons and daughters, our properties provide the foundation for success for both retail stores and professional offices in the Township of of Warren, NJ.

Our Warren properties are located in the heart of downtown Warren and consist of Arch Plaza, Arch Plaza West, Keystone Corner, and Town Center Drive.

Leased space ranges in size from 500 square feet to over 7,000 square feet, and everything in between. We will work with you to find the right space and the right place for your particular retail or professional business.
