Christopher D. Grace, Esq. is a founding partner of Loughran, Mucci & Grace in Binghamton, NY. Before founding Loughran, Mucci & Grace, Christopher served as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County. Mr. Grace prosecuted numerous misdemeanor and felony cases and was a misdemeanor DWI prosecutor from 1999 to 2001. In 2002, Mr. Grace was promoted to Senior Assistant District Attorney and prosecuted violent predicate felony offenders. In 2006, Mr. Grace served as a Senior Assistant Distant Attorney in the Nassau County. Mr. Grace was assigned to the Street Narcotic and Gangs Unit prosecuting violent felony offenders. In 2008, Mr. Grace joined the Broome County District Attorney’s office, where he prosecuted felony offenses and was the felony DWI prosecutor for nearly 2 years before being named a Senior Assistant District Attorney in 2010.
