Mosholu Medical Group has served the Washington Heights and North Riverdale communities in The Bronx and Manhattan in New York City for more than 32 years. A family medicine practice, the Mosholu Medical Group team sees patients from the age of 12 through geriatrics in a comfortable setting and is associated with one of the largest hospitals in the area.
Along with Fernando Bobis, MD, Theresa M. Miller, MD, Eduard Fuzalov, MD , Lynne Jennings PA, and Galene Zaydfudim NP, the Mosholu Medical Group consists of an educated and compassionate team of doctors, nurse practitioners, and registered physician assistants, including Eduard Fuzaylov, MD, Galene Zaydfudim, NP, and Lynne Jennings, RPA. Together, the team provides primary care services including routine physicals, treatment for the common cold, strep throat, and other common ailments, as well as the diagnosis and management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol. 
In addition, Mosholu Medical Group offers women’s health services, depression screening and treatment, STD testing, and ADHD treatment. For patient convenience, the team provides walk-in clinic access for patients without an appointment.
