Her interest in healthy living provoked to her learn more about human anatomy and how exercise and nutrition affects the aging process. After obtaining a degree in Health Sciences and a bachelors degree in Gerontology Gena has a full understanding of how good nutrition in conjunction with exercise can lead to physiological and psychological wellness throughout an individual's lifespan.

Gena along with Chef Cynthia Zaire who has 20 years experience in culinary arts field, who is a juicing expert, and a food writer have created a menu that consists of organic, natural, and local ingredients that taste great. Our mission is to provide good wholesome products that we create in our kitchen to ensure that we deliver items that will promote healthy living .
