We’re the only facility in the area that offers three Jiu-Jitsu programs. In each program, you’ll have the opportunity to learn self-defense techniques, improve your reflexes and earn your belt! Choose from:

Gracie Combatives®: Our coed adult program gives you the opportunity to earn your Combative Belt while mastering self-defense techniques.
Women Empowered®: Our official women’s self-defense program arms women with self-defense moves in the face of an attack.
Gracie Bullyproof®: This kids’ self-defense program teaches your child how to stand up to bullies without resorting to violence.
