Kevin P. Roberts, Attorney

I am an attorney whose practice is focused on helping individuals, their families and small businesses solve disputes and work through our court systems. The clients I serve are located primarily in the Anderson Township area, and more generally in Hamilton and Clermont Counties. My office is located on Mount Carmel-Tobasco Road near Beechmont Ave. I help individuals who are injured or disabled with social security and disability claims and injury claims from the careless acts of others. I also help people with disputes involving real estate, consumer goods, and other matters. I help businesses with disputes involving real estate and consumer claims, as well as customer lists and trade secret protection. I am passionate about serving my clients effectively and efficiently. I am a fourth-generation attorney, and I am committed to making our judicial system work for our community. I have been practicing 27 years and am admitted to the Ohio State and Federal bars. I practice before the Supreme Court of Ohio, and various federal, state and local trial and appellate courts. I am a member of the Ohio, Hamilton County and Clermont County Bar Associations, and have served on select committees and other committees in my practice areas. I am a 1988 graduate of U.C. College of Law, with honors, where I served on Law Review and won the Best Casenote award. I receieved my B.S. degree with honors from Tufts University. I have been an associate with a large Cincinnati law firm in their general and business department, where my focus was on real property and corporate transactions. I also served for two years as a staff attorney with the First District Court of Appeals (similar to a judges clerk), where the decisions I helped with involved a very wide variety of practice areas, not to mention appellate law.
